With its Commercial Mortgage Brokerage Arm, Vector Pacific has professional relationships with many of the Institutional Lenders.   These relationships have been formed over many years when Lenders “don’t like to say no” they recommend Vector Pacific as an alternative for Non Institutional Mortgages.   This relationship allows Vector Pacific to know what types of loans different Institutional Lenders will do and place its clients mortgage with the best-suited Lender.

 

The company was incorporated in British Columbia and operates under the regulations created by the Financial Institutions Commission of British Columbia.   It is a member of the Mortgage Investment Association of British Columbia (MIABC), Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL), and the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC).  As Mortgage Brokers, Vector Pacific adheres and supports a Code of Ethics as members of CIMBL having the AMP designation.
